We are seeking candidates for a market leader, an innovative R&D company. The successful candidate will work as an Account Manager and be responsible for the following:

  • Perform account and relationship management
  • Build strong relationships with key customers
  • Conduct thorough research related to our product line and come up with innovative business ideas
  • Follow up on the sales process and prepare written reports
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for any and all matters related to customers
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with account holders, customer stakeholders, and partners
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations, as needed

General Qualifications

  • University degree holder (preferably in the engineering field)
  • Has a minimum of two years’ experience (preferably in the software industry)
  • Ambitious, sociable, and analytic
  • Presentable, amiable, and results oriented
  • With excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • With excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • MS Office proficient
  • Able to use CRM applications
  • With driver’s license (B class)
  • For male candidates, no military obligation (completed or exempt)
  • With good command of the English language
