Business Analyst & Consultant

Overview

We are looking for a “Business Analyst & Consultant” for our growing Professional Services Team. If you can speak English fluently and passionate about analyzing business needs, we believe that this position is just for you!

What we expect :

• Learning the details of Sestek solutions
• Developing strong relationships with customers’ business and  development teams
• Analyzing business needs and designing the best solution within Sestek products
• Providing consultancy service and training to customers using Sestek products
• Providing support to project teams in analysis, design, or consultancy services during projects
• Maintaining relationships with customers to increase customer commitment
• Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations, as needed
• Reporting on product-based demands of customers
• Providing insights about new features or improvements

 

Who we are looking for :

• University degree in science and engineering field (Not determinant for this position.)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Turkish. English & Arabic will be a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a business analyst or product & project consultant in related areas such as IT and/or call center technologies expected.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and data analysis, drawing diagrams (Visio, Drawio...)
• Driver’s license (class B)
• General knowledge of information technologies
• Effective presentation techniques is a plus
• Knowledge of telephony and contact center technologies is a plus
• Knowledge/experience with SQL and API’s are plus
• Experience in speech technologies is a plus
