Channel Sales Account Manager – US

Overview 
We are looking for a “Channel Sales Manager” who will be responsible for identifying and recruiting partners (SIs, MSPs, BPOs, Resellers, Master Agents) that have a footprint in the conversational automation and contact center markets. The position is a commissioned sales role and Channnel Sales Manager is expected to position Sestek’s cutting edge Conversational Automation products, and drive business through these partners.

Sestek’s AI-powered solutions are built by a team of 100+ engineers working on text-to-speech, speech recognition, natural language processing and voice biometrics technologies. Recently we have been acquired by Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider. We are now an international organization of 500+ young people.

 

What we expect :

  • Coming up with a partner recruitment strategy and an execution plan (Quarterly, and annual)
  • Identifying target partner accounts ((SI’s, MSPs, BPOs, Resellers, Service Partners, Master Agents), attract, engage, onboard, and develop business with them
  • Enabling these partners on Sestek’s technologies, and products with the support of cross functional internal teams
  • Executing on the business plan by driving revenue selling through these partners by closely working with the presales, and product teams
  • Holding joint Quarterly Business Reviews with the attendance of Sestek and Partner leadership teams to tackle issues, and grow faster
  • Developing joint Partner GTM (Go-To-Market) programs that include focused solution areas, products, target customer segments, coupled with a co-marketing plan
  • Providing sales, marketing, or product related feedbacks to cross-functional internal teams to grow Sestek’s business faster
  • Providing the internal teams with market & competitive intelligence on both product and pricing sides

 

Who we’re looking for :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • A great team player who is also an overachiever working with a can-do attitude
  • 7+ years of partner/business development, proven enterprise/partner sales success
  • Strong sales, and business acumen in the Customer Experience space, with a well-established network of relationships in the Contact Center ecosystem (CCaas providers, BPOs, SIs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to give convincing presentations, and to articulate both the business value, and the technical advantages of partnering with Sestek
  • Highly self-driven and able to work effectively in a virtual office environment
  • Experience in Vendors providing Conversational AI, and Conversational Analytics solutions is a plus
