About the Job

We are seeking a Conversation AI Designer for our market-leading and innovative R&D company, which offers career opportunities in speech technologies that are among today’s most trending and top 10 future technologies.
Conversation AI Designer will be responsible for;
- Defining, shaping, and delivering conversational AI experiences that are creative, engaging, and consistent in a channel-agnostic manner to solve client needs
- Analyzing user and interaction data to optimize and enhance conversation designs
- Following current conversational design principles, technology capabilities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Design, UX, or Writing preferred)
- Strong and clear communication skills in both spoken and written English and Turkish along with editing and proof-reading (word choice, grammar, and style) skills
- Enthusiastic about explaining new concepts to people
- Passionate and knowledgeable of customer experience best practices
- Detailed understanding of the underlying technology, platform, and product
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
- Creative outlook and a keen eye for detail
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Copywriting and/or content strategy experience in the financial industry, conversation design experience
- Experience with voice and mobile interfaces and a clear understanding of Natural Language Processing is a Plus
- Fluency in other languages apart from English is a Plus
