We are looking for an “Executive Assistant” to support our CEO and General Manager. If you are a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills and fluency in English, we believe this position is just for you!

What we expect :

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and General Manager.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and General Manager.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.


Who we are looking for :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
