About the Job

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist for our market-leading and innovative R&D company, which offers career opportunities in speech technologies that are among today’s most trending and top 10 future technologies.
Sestek currently does not have a Learning Management System (LMS). The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for:
- Investigating and selecting and adopting the appropriate tool for Sestek
- Working on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the Sestek LMS
- Managing community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, and settings
- Writing and maintaining technical procedures and design guidelines
- Collaborating with the HR Business Partner on training needs, trainer selection, and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organization
- Acting as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training, and measure performance to meet organizational objectives
- Creating and updating resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development.
Course management responsibility is to design, develop & deliver learning content. The following duties are also going to be carried out by the Learning and Development Specialist within course management:
- Publishing and archiving online or blended learning solutions and adding and deleting resources
- Working with related departments to ensure content is delivered on time, in the right format, and in accordance with design guidelines
- Populating course information and publicizing to the target audience
- Developing and updating standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generating standard and custom reports and sharing them with HR and team leaders
- Creating and managing the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from the instructional consultant
- Managing tracking of course revisions and history
- Building online assessments and certification procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LMS administrator or training position
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms
