Product Manager

Overview

We are looking for a “Product Manager” who will be responsible for managing the product development process for our growing Product Management Team. If you are passionate about product management, we believe that this position is just for you!

What we expect :

• Conducting market analysis & literature research to improve product vision.
• Designing interfaces & workflows for new modules and new functions.  
• Drawing efficient mockups and workflow diagrams to define needs and acceptance criteria. 
• Analyzing the efficiency of the existing designs.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction & gathering improvement points. 
• Analyzing teams working with/on the assigned products to improve efficiency.  
• Managing product sprint, backlog, scrum board, and product documents.
• Managing product documentation.
• Making presentations to C levels. Informing marketing teams regarding product-related news. 
• Developing product marketing strategies with Customer Success, Presales ve Marketing teams.

 

Who we are looking for :

• University degree in science or engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish & English.
• Having PSPO I-II will be a major plus.
• Having analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Previous experience as Business Analyst is a plus.
• Experience with Balsamiq Mockup & MS Visio.
• Experience with UML design is a plus.
• Experience with TFS, Jira, or similar tools is a plus.
