Product Specialist & Business Analyst (Urdu)

Overview

We are looking for a “Product Specialist& Business Analyst” for our growing Professional Services Team. If you can speak Urdu & English fluently and are passionate about analyzing business needs, we believe that this position is just for you!

What we expect :

• Learning the details of Sestek solutions
• Developing strong relationships with customers and development teams
• Analyzing business needs and designing the best solution within Sestek products
• Providing consultancy service and training to customers using Sestek products
• Providing support to project teams in analysis, design, or consultancy services during projects
• Maintaining relationships with customers to increase customer commitment.
• Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations, as needed
• Reporting on product-based demands of customers

 

Who we are looking for :

• University degree in science and engineering field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English. Turkish will be a plus.
• Experience in business analysis or software product consultancy is a plus.
• Driver’s license (class B)
• General knowledge of information technologies
• Knowledge of telephony and contact center technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge/experience with MS SQL or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience in speech technologies is a plus.
