About the Job

We are the market leader in Conversational AI and Analytics Solutions in Turkey, and we are becoming a global brand with our increasing international projects. We are looking for a deadline-focused Technical Recruiter to be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring to fill our IT positions. The responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job posting content to offer job positions to the most suitable candidates.

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with the team to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person HR and technical interviews
  • Performing background and reference checks
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the team
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
  • Providing various reports to HR Director on a regular basis

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably from Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Social Sciences, Labor Economics, Business Administration or other related departments
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills both in English and Turkish
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
  • Excellent negotiation, planning, and organization competencies
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinker
  • Has driver’s license
