We are looking for a “Presales Engineer” for our growing Presales TR Team. If you are a native Turkish speaker, can speak English fluently and are passionate about presales, we believe this position is just for you!


Who we are:

SESTEK, a global leader in conversational technologies, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. Recently we have been acquired by Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider. We are now an international organization of 500+ young people.


What we expect:

  • Conduct product demonstrations for our partners and customers; helping them understand how and why to use Sestek solutions!
  • Execution of PoC processes for our products
  • Relay technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Develop relationships with enterprise customers and partners
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, project management, product management, and IT teams to develop best-fit solutions to the prospects’ needs
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio
  • Ensure alignment between technical proposals and contractual terms
  • Responding to RFP and RFI
  • Conduct customer demos and discovery sessions to understand the prospect’s unique requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Prepare Statement of Work (SoW) document including the technical design and solution
  • Attend technical customer meetings and address any queries
  • Provide technical guidance during the sales process
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring their success with our solutions
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies


Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related areas. A master’s degree in related areas from a foreign institution would be preferred
  • 1-3 years of overall experience in the IT and/or telecommunications industry. (Of this experience, at least 1-2 years should have been in a pre-sales or technical consulting role)
  • Experience working with contact center technologies and infrastructure
  • Experience in voice and AI technologies is a major plus
  • Cloud and DevOps stack knowledge is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • A customer service-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work through partner channels
  • No travel limitations
