Sales & Solutions Engineer

If so, we’d love to have you join our US team as a Sales & Solutions Engineer.

In this role, you will showcase Sestek’s Conversational Automation solution suite, including Conversational Intelligence, Agent Copilot, and Agentic AI powered by home-grown core technologies such as Speech Recognition, Text-to-Speech (TTS).

We are an R&D center, with a team of more than 100 engineers specializing in Text-to-Speech, Speech Recognition, Natural Language Processing, and Voice Biometrics technologies. We serve more than 500 enterprise customers across 20 countries in the US, Europe, and MENA regions.

 

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with Sales Directors, Channel Sales Managers, Account Managers, Product Managers, and Project Managers to understand customer needs and support the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, helping customers understand the value and capabilities of our Conversational Analytics and Conversational Automation solutions.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and design solutions that address customer pain points and meet customer requirements.
• Scope, lead, and manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and other solution-related documentation based on customer requirements.
• Participate in solution delivery as the voice of the customer, communicating customer requirements and feedback to our central teams.
• Act as a liaison between customers and our central Solution and Professional Services teams to support on-site solution and Professional Services delivery.
• Build strong relationships with both technical stakeholders and business leaders, ensuring that proposed solutions address both technical requirements and business objectives.

 

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or product management within customer service automation, contact center technology, Conversational AI, Speech Analytics, Speech Recognition, Virtual Agents, Voice Biometrics, or related technologies.
• Hands-on technical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions with IT teams while understanding and addressing the requirements of business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Based in the USA and willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
