The Year of the Bot
From conversational IVRs to mobile assistants, conversational bots made the headlines this year. Isbank, Vakifbank, and Dubai Islamic Bank were some of the customers we helped with our Al-powered conversational technologies this year.
We implemented our Al technology at one of the largest banks in Turkey, Yapi Kredi Bank’s contact center. This Al helps to categorize more than 80K notifications received from customers every month. And it saves 500 hrs of agent time!
Thinking Local Going Global
From Spirit Airlines in the USA to Zain Telecom in Kuwait, we are onboarding new clients all over the globe. But we continue to operate under the motto “Deliver high-tech with high-touch customer service”
Advanced Reporting Advanced Insights
We collaborated with Tableau to enrich our visual capabilities. By combining our expertise with Tableau’s visual analytics, we are empowering businesses with in-depth analytics and business intelligence.
