If yes, we’d love to see you join our US team as a Sales & Solutions Engineer, and both showcase and deliver Sestek’s top of the line Conversational Automation solution suite, consisting of Conversational Analytics, Conversational AI, and Voice Biometrics along with core technologies such as Speech Recognition, TTS, and NLP.

As a Sales & Solutions Engineer :

  • You'll work closely with our sales directors, channel sales managers, account managers, product managers, and project managers, to help our clients understand the power of conversational analytics. 
  • You will be responsible for conducting product demos, technical presentations, scoping, leading and running POCs, and writing the scope of work document. 
  • Designs solutions that address customer pain points and meet customer requirements.
  • We're looking for someone who has experience in customer service automation, Conversational Analytics, Conversational AI, Voice Biometry, or a related field, and who has strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • You must also have the ability to participate in technical discussions with IT teams, as well as understand the requirements of the line of business. 
  • You will be also required to take part in the solution delivery as the voice of the customer to the central teams, and also act as the liaison of the central solution & professional services teams for on-site PS & solution delivery.
  • This position is open to residents in the USA, with a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and fluency in English.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, information systems, or electronics.
  • Experience in sales engineering, consulting, or product management in the areas of customer service automation, contact center technology stack, WFM, QM, Speech Analytics, Speech Recognition, Virtual Agents, Voice Biometrics, and Conversational AI.
  • Proven, hands-on technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Positive, result-oriented personality with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Able to participate in technical discussions with IT teams as well as understand the requirements of the line of business.
  • Able to deliver results with high quality within tight timelines.
  • Resident in the USA, and willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Fluency in English.
