Overview
We are looking for a Product Analyst with excellent English and Turkish language skills who can play a pivotal role in guiding and managing analysis processes, optimizing workflows for efficiency, and actively collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
This role focuses on analysis and design and requires a professional who is intrinsically motivated to leverage AI tools in their work. What we expect :
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, including software developers, architects, analysts, testers, etc., to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and generate user stories including clear acceptance criteria.
- Stay informed about software development life cycle (SDLC), industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, product analysis, and analytics.
- Actively participate in analysis processes, working collaboratively with technical teams to analyze project requirements, design software solutions, and optimize development workflows for higher efficiency and effectiveness.
- Produce analysis outputs including user behavior analysis, product metrics dashboards, and data-driven insights to shape product decisions.
- Contribute to design production by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user experience optimizations, working closely with design and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, etc.) as core parts of your daily workflow to enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
- Utilize design tools like Figma and similar platforms to enhance collaboration and streamline product analysis and design processes.
- Familiarity with cloud products and platforms such as AWS, and Azure, leveraging this knowledge to enhance product analysis and development.
- Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Jira, and Miro for enhanced project management, collaboration, and workflow optimization.
- Develop and implement software development and analysis processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimal performance.
- Drive software design, development, testing, and deployment in alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Evaluate and optimize existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Who we are looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering fields, and it is nice to have a master’s degree in these fields.
- Advanced level English & Turkish language skills.
- Proven experience in software development, product analysis, or optimizing analysis processes.
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, Figma Make, Cursor, etc.) and demonstrated ability to use them proactively to improve workflows and productivity.
- Experince with software development methodologies, processes, and tools, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and similar platforms for collaborative product analysis and design.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for innovation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.
- A track record of successful product analysis and development delivery, and an understanding of B2B market dynamics are highly desirable.
- Intrinsic motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI tools and methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Jira, and Miro is a plus.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerBI, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, Qlik etc.) and SQL, Python, or R skills for data analysis experience is a plus.
- Familiarity and experience with cloud products and platforms, especially AWS and Azure, is a plus.
