As a company, within the scope of this Artificial Intelligence Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), we aim to control risks that may arise from artificial intelligence systems while also leveraging opportunities to create sustainable value for all our stakeholders. In this context, we commit to:
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating current risks and threats within the scope of our artificial intelligence systems,
- Ensuring full compliance with legal regulations, contractual obligations, and relevant standards,
- Ensuring that the products and services we provide within the scope of artificial intelligence systems are delivered effectively, accurately, quickly, and securely,
- Operating the products and services provided in accordance with industry standards and best practices,
- Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets belonging to our company, customers, employees, and business partners,
- Making the artificial intelligence management system and AI awareness an integral part of the corporate culture,
- Preparing, implementing, and regularly testing the necessary plans to ensure business continuity,
- Evaluating and managing risks related to artificial intelligence systems and processes in accordance with accepted risk management methodologies,
- Following technological developments and industry knowledge in order to improve our business processes, products, and services and benefiting from best practices,
- Clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of employees involved in artificial intelligence systems and communicating them to the relevant personnel,
- Taking measures to ensure continuity in critical roles and monitoring the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions,
- Conducting impact assessments and continuous improvement activities throughout the lifecycle of artificial intelligence systems,
- Periodically reviewing this Policy in line with legal, technological, or organizational changes and communicating it to all relevant parties.
In addition, this Policy has been established and approved by the senior management of SESTEK. It provides a framework for determining artificial intelligence objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic direction and reflects our commitment to continuous improvement.
