Data Subject Application Form

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the “PDPL”), individuals defined as data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”) are granted certain rights regarding the processing of their personal data by applying to the data controller. In this context, as Sestek Ses ve İletişim Bilgisayar Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “SESTEK” or the “Company”), we present this Data Subject Application Form (hereinafter referred to as the “Application Form”) for your use to communicate your requests regarding your rights.

We kindly inform you that we are a Türkiye-based company and therefore directly subject to the PDPL. However, while establishing our personal data protection compliance program, we strive to consider global developments in data protection, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you prefer to exercise your rights under any applicable data protection law worldwide, we are open to applying the provisions that offer you a greater advantage than the PDPL. We look forward to hearing your expectations.

Applications to SESTEK to be made in writing within this scope must be submitted using one of the methods outlined in the table below by printing out this form.

Applications submitted to us will be answered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt by SESTEK, in accordance with Article 13(2) of the PDPL. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically through the method you selected above.

Explanation:

This Application Form is prepared to accurately identify your relationship with SESTEK and, if applicable, your personal data processed by SESTEK to ensure a complete and timely response to your request.

To avoid legal risks that may arise from unlawful or unjust data sharing and to ensure the security of your personal data, SESTEK reserves the right to request additional documentation and information (such as a copy of an ID card, passport, or driver's license) for identity and authorization verification.

If the information you provide in your application is incorrect or outdated, or if the application is made without proper authorization, SESTEK accepts no responsibility for any requests based on such inaccuracies or unauthorized submissions.
