We kindly inform you that we are a Türkiye-based company and therefore directly subject to the PDPL. However, while establishing our personal data protection compliance program, we strive to consider global developments in data protection, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you wish to exercise your rights under the PDPL, you can submit your request by filling out the “Data Subject Application Form” and sending it in accordance with Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the PDPL and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to Data Controllers.
